HOW CAN I HELP YOU?

Hi! I am so glad you are here. I am full-time, hardworking teacher who found a second passion in health & fitness.

My boyfriend and I live in Simi Valley, California with our two dogs, Chuck & Polka.

When I first started this journey in October of 2018 I had no idea how much it would transform my life. I had NO idea how much I needed & how much myself & the ones I love would grow on this journey of mine.

I became a better daughter, friend, girlfriend, fur mama & teacher. I have grown in my self-confidence and strength - physically & mentally.

This is why I am here. I want to inspire and help others feel that same sense of self-love. Everyone deserves it!
